Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your Option Flow Lab membership. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for Core, Add-on, and Unlimited monthly subscriptions.
1. Monthly Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the "Manage subscription" page (Stripe Customer Portal) — your access remains active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. We do not provide partial-month refunds for unused time after cancellation.
2. Billing Errors & Duplicate Charges
If you believe you were charged in error (e.g., duplicate charge, billed after a cancellation that should have taken effect), contact us and we'll investigate and correct any verified error promptly, including a refund where appropriate.
3. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer — we're glad to resolve billing issues directly and faster. Initiating a chargeback may result in immediate suspension of access while the dispute is reviewed.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email support@optionflowlab.com from the address associated with your subscription, including your order/customer email and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
