Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Mirandas Group, doing business as Option Flow Lab ("we", "us"), collects, uses, and protects your information when you use optionflowlab.com and our membership services.
1. Information We Collect
- Account & billing information: name, email address, and billing details — collected and processed by our payment processor, Stripe (we never see or store your full card number).
- TradingView username: required to grant invite-only access to Indicators.
- Usage data: basic analytics (e.g., pages visited) which may be collected via privacy-respecting, cookie-light analytics tools.
- Support communications: emails or messages you send us.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, maintain, and bill for the Services (including processing subscriptions and granting/revoking access to Indicators).
- To communicate with you about your subscription, support requests, and (with your consent, where required) product updates.
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues.
3. How We Share Information
We share information only with service providers who help us operate the business, specifically:
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
- TradingView — to the extent necessary to grant invite-only script access (your TradingView username only).
- n8n (self-hosted on our own server) — internal automation that coordinates access provisioning and transactional emails. Data stays on infrastructure we control.
- Our email service (self-hosted via Plesk Mail on our own server) for transactional and support emails.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Data Storage & Security
Subscription and account records are stored in a PostgreSQL database on our own infrastructure (a VPS we control), protected with industry-standard measures including firewalling, intrusion prevention, encrypted connections (TLS/SSL), and regular backups. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using commercially reasonable safeguards.
5. Data Retention
We retain account and subscription records for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal/tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, email support@optionflowlab.com.
7. Cookies
We use only essential cookies required for the site and checkout to function, plus optional, privacy-respecting analytics. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
8. Children's Privacy
The Services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
